Legendary guitarists Joe Satriani and Steve Vai brought their collaborative SatchVai Band to Orlando on April 26, as part of their expansive “Surfing With The Hydra” North American tour.

The SatchVai Band is the first formal musical union for the pair, who share a history as former teacher and student. After a massively successful European tour in the summer of 2025, the duo set out on their first coast-to-coast U.S. trek, which kicked off in Seattle on April 1.
In Orlando, they were backed by a supergroup of world-class musicians featuring drummer Kenny Aronoff, bassist Marco Mendoza, and guitarist Pete Thorn.
