Conman extraordinaire Lance Benedict keeps digging himself further in a hole. At his Creditors meeting for his fraudulent bankruptcy he’s filed, he lied under oath multiples times to the Bankruptcy Administrator. He lied about his partners seizing control of his business and told the Trustee, “I didn’t dissolve the TTM Guitars LLC, the investors did against my will.” As previously reported last summer, Benedict was the one who dissolved the LLC from the State of California’s Secretary of State as per the official forms shown below filed with the State.
Unless Chris McKenna held a gun to his head, Mr. Benedict lied under oath there.
I was able to ask Benedict under oath if he’s hiding assets from the court, he said no but was defiant to the BK Administrator that his wives “assets” and “bank accounts” aren’t part of this filing. He said he wasn’t hiding assets.
He went on to say the “investors” seized his company, and he’s the victim. He now has an in-person creditor meeting for June 1st for further review.
We will see what the Bankruptcy Trustee does with him lying under oath.
