With the Coronavisus having much of the nation on lockdown, will this delayed justice for disgruntled thief Lance Benedict? The short answer is yes.
Much of California State Government is closed for now. It has delayed hearings recently with the California Department of Labor against Benedict for unpaid claims to employees to an underdetermined date as of this writing.
The lawsuit from his former investor Chris McKenna that he defrauded for over $100,000 that was set to go to trial, has been rescheduled for July 27, 2021.
The ongoing investigations from state and federal investigators are sure to be delayed too.
He has deleted all of his social media and TTM’s. His new TTM Musical Instruments Inc is still active in Florida.
While this may delay justice for the victims of Benedicts’ fraudulent and illegal activities, Benedict will have his day in court/s to face prosecution.
