Livesay And Their New Album ‘Chronicles’ Covers Bands Career

 By Andrew Catania

If you live in the northeast and follow the rock/metal music scene, chances are you’ve heard of guitarist Gregg Livesay.  The band Livesay has been around since 1986.  Gregg has enjoyed some success over his career.  When I spoke to Gregg back in June, we talked about his recent signing to RFL Records and a greatest hits album coming out in September including one song with new singer Mike Gill.  Mike is an accomplished singer who plays with House of Lords Guitarist  Jimi Bell in their Deep Purple Tribute band Beyond Purple.

I believe Gregg is in the best position of his career to expand his fanbase and reach new heights with his signing to RFL Records and the people behind the label including RFL Records President Jon Marchewka who’s been a fan of Livesey since 1986.

Gregg’s neoclassical roots are well embodied in his music.  If you’re an old or a new fan of Livesay, I recommend you purchase his album coming out next month.  The new song, International Man featuring, new singer Mike Gill, gives Livesay an immediate upgrade from past material.

I look forward to new material from Gregg and Mike!
