Criminal mastermind Lance Benedict recently sent out a questionnaire of sorts to whatever remaining mental midgets still believe in his fraudulent TTM Guitars. What happened next is Benedict took down his website and deleted or blocked people from his Facebook accounts. His Twitter accounts are still up.
Below are images of the questionnaire we obtained. As you can see, a lot of these questions are rather bizarre and from a guy in a state of paranoia knowing he has lawsuits pending against him and criminal and civil investigations also pending from various state and federal authorities. He also calls the FBI Los Angeles office complaining people are openly posting there’s an investigation against him.
Benedict claims he has put forth $75,000 of his own money to refund victims of the other “owners” abandoned him leaving him to rescue TTM. Even though court records filed with the Chris McKenna lawsuit detail the fraud and swindling that Benedict did, including dissolving the LLC illegally.
Benedict asks his remaining minions if he’d testify against me in a court of law, the other dribble he says about his former business partners and me, and asks if anyone has been asked to write a review if they believe in the brand still and other amusement for your reading.
This story should be relevant to everyone in the guitar community because Benedict claims to be one of you, a luthier, a legitimate businessman, someone who has an honest product even though he has everything made in China.
This story is always evolving, and we’ll keep you updated as needed.
