What do you do when you’ve scammed enough people in California? File a new corporation in another state!
That’s precisely what master of fraud Lance Benedict has done with his now-defunct TTM Guitars and has renamed it TTM Musical Instruments. When local law enforcement in Miami went to serve cyberstalking warrants on Benedict’s listed address of his Florida corporation, it turns out to be Incfile.com’s Doral, Florida address of the internet based corporation filer. He illegally dissolved his TTM Guitars LLC in California without telling the majority owners to scam them of their money.
So what does this mean for the people already scammed by the Benedict Crime Family? It still means California officials are still investigating him, and the feds are starting to ramp up there own. The wheels of justice are slow. Benedict still resides in Indian Wells, California, and refuses to answer his door to process servers who are trying to serve him ongoing lawsuits. His “Nashville” location of an empty apartment building and his Incfile based corporation address doesn’t’ change the fact they’re people out over $250,000 in losses by fraudulent scams and embezzlement. He can put his PayPal accounts in his wife’s name; he’ll still be held accountable.
