Judge Denies Yngwie Malmsteen’s Motion To Dismiss Foreclosure Proceedings On His Miami Shores Home

By John Sulivan

On June 17th, A Judge in Miami Dade Circuit Court denied a motion brought by Yngwie Malmsteen and his wife, April, to dismiss the pending foreclosure against their Miami Shores home.

We reported back on May 7th, 2021 that Deutsche Bank filed foreclosure proceedings against Yngwie and April for not paying their mortgage on their Miami Shores home and owing $485,000.

Malmsteen’s Attorney filed an answer to Deutsche Banks’ suit.  Details are below.

You’d figure with Deutsche Bank breathing down his neck, Yngwiwe would’ve pulled out all the stops to make a quality album (Jeff Scott Soto on vocals?) instead of the usual garbage he’s released in recent years.
