On June 17th, A Judge in Miami Dade Circuit Court denied a motion brought by Yngwie Malmsteen and his wife, April, to dismiss the pending foreclosure against their Miami Shores home.
We reported back on May 7th, 2021 that Deutsche Bank filed foreclosure proceedings against Yngwie and April for not paying their mortgage on their Miami Shores home and owing $485,000.
Malmsteen’s Attorney filed an answer to Deutsche Banks’ suit. Details are below.
