Conman Lance Benedict filed bankruptcy earlier this month in hopes of getting the debt that he’s stolen from his investors and customers discharged through the bankruptcy courts.
Benedict’s 341 (Creditors Meeting) is set for May 14th, 2020 via telephonically. Victims of Benedict’s crimes have until July 13th, 2020 to file a claim with the court or to object to his bankruptcy based on all of the fraud he’s committed. You can download your claim form here and mail or email it to the court.
We strongly recommend Benedict’s victims to report his bankruptcy as it’s based upon fraud and should be investigated and prosecuted for bankruptcy fraud, you can email the Department of Justice Office of U.S.Trustee Office Of Criminal Enforcement at USTP.Bankruptcy.Fraud@usdoj.gov
Please be sure to include his case number on any correspondence.
If you know which account Benedict moved his money too and under what name, the authorities would like to speak to you as well as he kept his wife Karen off the bankruptcy filing to put assets in her name.
