Police are still investigating the death of All That Remains’ Oli Herbert, more than a year after the guitarist’s death.
The 44-year-old’s body was found in a pond in October 2018, with initial reports saying his death was an accident.
It’s been a year since All That Remains guitarist Oliver Herbert was found dead on his Stafford Springs property drowned in a puddle of water. While state police say they are still investigating, court records show his widow is in a financial dispute with his former band.
State police said back in October they are still investigating Herbert’s death as suspicious, and they have seized the computer and phone records of his wife, Elizabeth Herbert. But while the investigation had languished Elizabeth Herbert — the sole beneficiary named in her husband’s will signed under unusual circumstances a week before he died — has settled a foreclosure case against the couple’s Satkowski Road home, allowing her to keep it. She is now fighting his band All That Remains for her share of the band’s profits.
To say Elizabeth Herbert’s behavior has been beyond bazaar since Oli’s passing is an understatement.
There have been billboards set up seeking tips and information regarding Oli Herbert’s death.
There’s a new campaign to draw up tips. A new anonymous group is offering a reward of $5000 for information on the arrest and conviction of the person/s responsible for Oli Herbert’s murder. You can submit your tips to OliHerbertTips@gmail.com
